The Hotel Restaurant

In cosy surroundings, the hotel restaurant offers a refined menu for all palates. Tried and trusted local dishes are not the only menu choices, with a selection of gastronomic recipes that have earned their place too.

The same philosophy applies to the wine list, which includes some unexpected riches in the form of wines from the Swiss Valais, and a fine selection of French and Italian vintages.
